HMGCC Co-Creation is looking for innovators to help solve a new challenge: how do you thoroughly test modified software on mobile phones, at scale, when failure isn't an option?

National security organisations regularly deploy bespoke software onto modified hardware, including mobile phones used in critical missions. Before that software reaches the field, it must be tested rigorously, covering every possible situation and use case. Industry typically relies on phone testing farms to do this, but the process can be slow and resource-intensive.

We think AI agents could change that.

Our latest Co-Creation challenge asks: can you build an AI agent that behaves like a genuine phone user, automating and accelerating the testing of modified software across large numbers of devices simultaneously?
