As a Building Services Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing a growing estate filled with unique and diverse facilities. You’ll apply your technical expertise to ensure our buildings, services, and utilities operate efficiently, sustainably, and reliably. In this role, you’ll lead a range of projects at a variety of scales, using your understanding of energy-saving strategies, sustainable materials, and renewable technologies to shape the estate’s future. You’ll draw on your strong analytical and problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve building system issues, working closely with a wide variety of users and suppliers. Your planning and project delivery abilities will help ensure everything from statutory compliance to major infrastructure projects runs smoothly. You’ll join a small, supportive, and fast paced team where no two days are the same, and where your contribution will have a visible impact across the whole site.

As an Estates Business Manager, you will enable the effective running and future development of a diverse, interesting, technical campus with leading cutting edge technical facilities. You’ll use your experience of estates programmes, managing budgets and relationship management to ensure that estates activity is aligned to strategic goals and meets operational needs. You’ll enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders helping to turn challenges into smart, workable solutions across multiple diverse projects. This is a varied, fast-paced role where your leadership will have a visible and lasting impact.
